A Poem what I wrote way back in 1980 after listening to My Mummy's Dead.
I said the killer
I just pulled the trigger
I shot John Lennon.
Who saw him die?
I said his wife
With tears in here eyes
I saw him die.
What did he say?
"Help me" he said
As he stumbled and bled
"Help me." he said
Who felt the Loss?
I said the media
With my mass hysteria
I felt the loss.
